Was Jack the one that resolved your support chat for no reason?

CN Support closed my ticket this past Friday (no agent name was listed-just the same "We're on it" message). I re-sent my original e-mail to CN Support minutes after they closed my ticket, to let them know it wasn't resolved yet. We'll see what happens.
