Replenish Accounts?

Does anyone have any idea how we 'replenish' our new red pocket accounts when they run out or expire? Mine says it expires Sept 24 but gives no info on how many min or text I have left. Under Data it just says 0 (zero). I did a CS chat and asked him the same question pointing out that I was a CellNuvo customer that is now connected to Red Pocket. He just told me to 'go online and buy more min and data' and gave me the link to do so. I don't think Red Pocket has been brought up to speed on the CellNuvo swap. (for that matter, neither have we) I'd like to think that we will have all the details of how this works before my Sept 24 deadline, but I'm not so sure anymore.
