I'm looking for a text messaging only plan for purchasing sim cards in bulk. Preferably something on the T-Mobile or ATT network. I'm looking to purchase around 1000 sim cards per month. Does anyone have an MVNO that allows bulk purchasing with mass sim activations and good rates ($2.00-$4.00 preloaded sim)
