I occasionally get notification on my phone of a windows login of my hotmail account. Seems whoever is hacking has hacked my password. Fortunately, 2FA prevents access.
Are you changing your password after each notification?
Not needed since it was blocked.
If your password is compromised, you should change it regardless of 2FA.
