FreedomPop Premium Voice

With FreedomPop Premium Voice, will outgoing calls always go over cellular and not VoIP, or it only uses cellular when FreedomPop thinks your data connection is weak? Is there any way to force outgoing to use cellular (without disabling data, which presumably would do that.)

If you have Premium Voice enabled for incoming calls on the FP portal, will all incoming calls, by definition, always use cellular?

If you use BYOD, can you skip ever installing the FP voice/text app and simply make cellular calls using the phone's native dialer? Will you be able to send/receive texts using the FP number, with the native messaging app, in this scenario?

The goal is to force all calls to always use cellular without disabling data on the phone.
