FreedomPop Premium Plus $7.99 downgrade issues

Just went to downgrade an LTE sim and saw that under "My Services" there were two "FreedomPop Premium Plus" entries with $7.99 against them both.

I selected the first one and cancelled it. The second one still exists and does not allow cancellation. It only allows activation.

The freedompop forum has multiple threads on this topic. I'm gathering that you have to contact support to cancel this.

It is certainly better to contact Support so that you have a paper trail to point to in case you are billed incorrectly. Also, that might get the matter escalated to the IT team so it can be fixed permanently.

Well, either they responded almost immediately to my support ticket, or the two entries for the $7.99 Premium Plus service was a glitch that needed some time to clear.
