It seems worthy of mention also, given the title's inclusion of 'off grid' - that neither of the main speakers in the videos advocate going totally off grid, and that they are the producers of the batteries as well.
Such technology, when economical on a small scale could be a huge help for folks living in very sunny areas.
... not to mention...
