Yes, it's a little odd Locast has no presence in the greater southeast area of the US yet given that it seems to be focusing on major cities and Atlanta, Miami, etc. are major cities. Hopefully, Locast TV will arrive in the southeast soon, for it offers a competitive service option for many people. who can barely afford internet let alone a pay tv package. The fact that I live in a rural area and Locast can stream many channels here bodes well for other rural dwellers.
