Another Nobel Prize for Making a Belt?

The sounds of I.B.S. Dr. Barry Marshall, who already has one Nobel Prize under his belt, is working on a smart belt that would be able to diagnose IBS by distinguishing between the healthy symphonic sounds and bad jazz and out of pitch sounds that emanate from unhealthy human intestines. In medicine it often pays to listen, and Dr. Marshall thinks this fact can reap rewards if applied to the oftentimes unhealthy sonic rumblings produced within the gut. Perhaps his experience with the sounds produced at the "Bonnaroo Festival' will provide further inspiration for his project.
