If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
JP Morgan-Chase seems to find a way to avoid losing money, even when they've agreed to it..

The accounts had been closed since march 2018. That means these were probably beyond the ordinary, "pay your bill in full" users. Still surprising though. I am not surprised though they got out of the Canadian market, with its ever growing users protection policies.
