The mystical nature and beauty of salt is something to behold. Pink salt's otherworldliness has been growing for years, but I must get out more, for today was the first time I've heard about it, and I go to Trader Joe's now and then. Pink salt on Golden hash browns does sound good, and it would be nice sprinkled on green eggs and ham, too.

Our last white salt got used on the icy front steps - years ago, and the only good use I know of for white sugar is in black tea used for feeding the kombucha culture !!
