I'm still cooking 1 to 2 meals per day in my Instant Pot and loving it.

It's energy efficient, fast, and the results are delicious.

Tonight I made Chicken Tikka Masala with Persian "Tahdig" Rice. It's a favorite at our house so I make it every few weeks.

It was delish!

Every kitchen should have an Instant Pot!

Many years ago, I wanted to do something special for my SO, and spent hours cleaning her cast iron skillets until they looked like new. Last time I did that. The good thing is I'm still around to tell the story, but I think it was a close call for a minute or two.

OMG! My cast iron pans are all PERFECTLY seasoned and are as non-stick as any of those modern copper pans.

If you had done that to me you'd be taking up permanent residence in the doghouse.

Oops I'm late re the cast iron skillet stories, but I humbly recommend anybody in the market check Goodwill -- they almost always have them.
