Best kitchen cookware for <$100?

I'm still cooking 1 to 2 meals per day in my Instant Pot and loving it.

It's energy efficient, fast, and the results are delicious.

Tonight I made Chicken Tikka Masala with Persian "Tahdig" Rice. It's a favorite at our house so I make it every few weeks.

It was delish!

Every kitchen should have an Instant Pot!

Many years ago, I wanted to do something special for my SO, and spent hours cleaning her cast iron skillets until they looked like new. Last time I did that. The good thing is I'm still around to tell the story, but I think it was a close call for a minute or two.

OMG! My cast iron pans are all PERFECTLY seasoned and are as non-stick as any of those modern copper pans.

If you had done that to me you'd be taking up permanent residence in the doghouse.
