You may try support.freedompop.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/new , don't not use "Submit a request". Mine was resolved in 5 days.

It looks that they completely ignore my ticket submitted 8 days ago.

I used Technical Support. I see that others with the same issue have also posted in Device Functionality, Plans & Services, and Account Services.

Finally got both lines restored but 100-minute international calling is gone... Now I have to see if anything else is missing.

Glad to hear you're back up and running!

I've seen someone elsewhere report the same thing-- and that customer service said they couldn't restore it since it's no longer active. I had it on at least one line, but haven't remembered to look it it's still there.
