Now, if its is over, proper closure would be for a company representative to issue a statement. Then again, as tune has passed by, I have learned one thing holds true - you cant please the world / everyone - ever! That said, maybe that's their thought - the heck with it since we cant please everyone and we will still get hell. That said, "adios" would be nice but the absolute silence kind of speaks for itself.
